Our mission is to bring together a community in the midst of their amputation journey. We recognize there are insufficient peer supports for persons with amputations in Peterborough County. We strive to provide people with amputations a platform where they may connect with one another and meet new people. The implementation of an amputee peer support group in the Peterborough region may give persons with amputations a sense of belonging with a community of similar experiences.
